Return Policy – Exchanges & Store Credit

We offer a hassle free return policy on the majority of our products. 

Due to health & safety regulations, the following items are considered final sale items and are excluded from our return policy.

  • Women`s Panties
  • Men`s Underwear
  • All Lotions & Oils
  • Clearance Items
  • Teddies & Swimwear
  • Bodystockings & Stockings

All returned merchandise must meet the following qualifications:

  • Original, Unworn Condition
  • All Tags Must be Attached
  • All Included Packaging and Boxes (ex: Footwear) Included
  • Within 7 Days of Receiving Your Purchase

Any merchandise received not meeting the above qualifications will not be accepted for return. 

All our merchandise is tagged in a manner which allows you to try on the garment with the exception of any included panties.   For this reason, ‘One Piece Lingerie’ such as Teddies and Bodystockings are not eligible for return.

We guarantee that all merchandise we ship to you is brand new and has never been worn!

All returns must be accompanied by an Authorization Number provided by Aphrodite’s Closet Inc.

 

Requesting a Return

If you require an exchange or store credit, follow these simple steps.

Step 1:  Check to see that the merchandise you wish to return meets the
            
following qualifications:
            - Original, Unworn Condition
            - Tags Attached
            - Regular, Non-Clearance Item
            - Is not excluded from our return policy (listed above).
            - Is within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

Step 2: Request an Authorization Number within 7 Days of Receiving Your Package.
            Email us with the following information.
              - Your Order Number
              - The product number of the merchandise you wish to return.
              - The reason you wish to return your merchandise.
                    (so we can help make things right!).

              - Product numbers and applicable size or color options for the merchandise 
                you wish to receive as an exchange.

Step 3: Return Your Merchandise within 30 Days.
            - Safely package merchandise.
            - Include your order number and Authorization Number in the package.
            - Ship the package to the address given with your authorization number.  
              Be sure to use a shipping method that provides appropriate insurance
              and a tracking number.

 

More Important Information

Be sure to ship your return merchandise in a timely manner.  Authorization numbers are only valid for 30 days.  If we have not received your return merchandise within this time frame, we will assume you have decided to keep your products, and they will no longer be eligible for return.

All shipping and packaging costs to return merchandise to Aphrodite's Closet Inc. is the responsibility of the customer.

In the event of an exchange, it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of shipping the replacement merchandise.  Store credits will be issued in the form of a gift certificate code valid for online shopping upon the customers request.

In the event that Aphrodite’s Closet Inc. receives merchandise not eligible for return, the merchandise will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.  (VIA COD)

We may sound like a broken record, but under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will we accept returns on the following:

  • Teddies
  • Bodystockings
  • Stockings
  • One-Piece Swimsuits
  • Women’s Panties
  • Men’s Underwear
  • Lotions & Oils
  • Clearance Items
  • Merchandise not in original, unworn condition.
    • Example: Items that are dirty, covered in pet hair, smell like smoke, etc.
  • Merchandise without original tags attached.
    • Example: Replacing tags with string will not be acceptable.
  • Merchandise removed from its original packaging.
    • Example: Nipple Pasties, Gift Sets, etc.
  • Merchandise received without all original packaging.
    • Example: Footwear boxes & protective bags, Jewellery boxes, etc.

To avoid potential hassles and extra shipping fees, please ensure the merchandise you wish to return is not included on the above list.

When shipping a package for return, we highly recommend choosing a shipping method that provides you with a tracking number.  We also recommend ensuring your package has appropriate insurance.  Aphrodite’s Closet Inc. will not be held liable for any lost or damaged packages containing returned merchandise.  It is the sender’s responsibility to file all claims with the shipping company.

Due to the intimate nature of our merchandise, refunds are not given under any circumstance.  We will accept returns for exchange and store credit only, providing the merchandise meets all above qualifications.
