Please allow 1-3 weeks for your order to arrive within Canada. If you are outside of Canada, shipping times may be slightly longer. Most orders will arrive within 2 weeks. During Christmas, Valentine's Day, and other holidays, shipping times may be slightly longer.

Sorry, but no. We guarantee that all products we ship to you are brand new and have never been worn. Once your tags are removed, your product is considered to be worn and we cannot accept it for return. All our products are tagged in a manner that allows you to try on the product (with exception to underwear/panties to ensure a proper fit. Under no circumstances will we make an exception to this policy.

Possibly! We can arrange for shipping upgrades to get your package for you on time! All our parcels are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Shipping. Express Shipping and Priority Next AM shipping can be arranged (at additional cost in an emergency. We recommend getting in touch with us prior to placing your order so we can work together to ensure your package arrives before your special day!

We do offer an exchange policy on all our footwear, provided that all returned merchandise is in original, unworn condition, tags attached. All packaging must be returned along with the footwear. Unfortunately, all corset ties will eventually break. On the bright side, replacement ribbon and laces are extremely affordable and easy to find. Any high quality ribbon or shoelace style lace will do the trick! Any craft store (or department store with a craft section will have what you need. Have fun and experiment with different color ribbon and laces to change the look of your corset!

Caring for your lingerie is quite simple. Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent and hang dry! As with our corsets, all lingerie shipments include an information sheet on how to keep your lingerie looking great for years to come.
