Adding Products to Your Shopping Cart

Purchasing from our website is easy! Simply choose the product you wish to purchase, select your size or color option (if applicable) and click "BUY".

When you are ready to checkout, scroll to the top right of your screen and click on your shopping cart total. You will be redirected to our secure checkout system.

Checking Out

When you are ready to checkout, click on your shopping cart total. Verify all the products in your shopping cart, redeem any coupons you may have, and click "Proceed to Checkout".

Here you are given the option to sign into your account (if you are a return customer), or to create a new account. Now it's time to verify your shipping information and choose your payment method!

Payment

We accept PayPal, Visa and MasterCard.

If you choose PayPal as your payment option, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your transaction.

If paying through Visa or MasterCard, our secure system will process your credit card information using PSIGate Integrated software. Once your payment is approved, or if there is an issue with your card number or expiry date, you will see a message to the right of your screen.

Shipping

All our packages are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Shipping or International Express Shipping depending on where you live!

In you are within Canada or the United States; expect to receive your order within 1-3 weeks from your order date. For orders containing footwear, please expect your order to arrive within 2-3 weeks.

If you are in the United Kingdom, please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive.

During busy times such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, and other major holidays, please understand that shipping times may be slightly longer.

If you're in a crunch and need something now....send us an email and we'll work with you to get your package to you within your time frame. Additional fees will apply for Express and Priority Shipping.

We offer FREE shipping within North America (Canada and the United States) on all orders over $100!

If you live overseas, don't worry, we have a special shipping deal for you as well!  Orders to the United Kingdom and Australia receive FREE shipping on orders over $150!

All our orders are packaged in plain, discreet packaging. Our return address is listed as AC Inc. Your creepy mailman will have no idea what is being delivered to your home.

If your package is required to travel through customs, we will mark your purchase as woman's clothing.  We'll also value it as low as we can to ensure you don't pay a ton of extra duty taxes!
